I can’t tell you what a relief it was when my friend told me about you. Located in Ireland and with our house in Sydney needing to be sold and with no family locally to assist, you organised all the repairs to the timber decks, packed up the house, had the pool and gardens maintained for sale period until settlement and checked on the house throughout the whole time, and then even had no problem to arrange our car to be sent on the ship to us. You liaised with our solicitor to choose an agent and acted on our behalf throughout the successful sale. Norman, Aunt Betty has settled into her new home at the retirement village, she asked me to tell you, she couldn’t believe how over the past few month how stressed she as was after 50 years in her house , but you met with her explained what you could do to assist and took your time over a few weeks, absolutely no pressure, it was a no brainer to us that we had to engage your services and your team were so kind and respectful sorting and delivering all her items for sale, to charity and you even were able to send her watches and jewellery to auction and organised all that. Norman, it was 4 years ago when I last used your services when we were transferred overseas, and again you have come to my aid on Dad’s passing. Unfortunately I was so unwell but by phone, you were able to coordinate the cleaning out of Dad’s apartment, 40 years of stuff, replace the carpets and paint and organise the whole sale.
